Vandalism Doing damage or harm to another person's property. Perjury A lie that is told by a person who is under oath (court room) Negligence Carelessness that causes harm or danger to others. Misdemeanor A minor (less serious crime) for example receiving stolen property valued at less than $100 is a misdemeanor. Larceny Stealing or taking something that does not belong to you. Felony A Major or Serious crime for example asault with a weapon. Battery Unlawful or illegal physical contact with another person when this person does not agree with or take simular action Assault A threat or an attempt or actual injury to another person physically. Arson Setting fire to another person's property Counterfeit An imitation of something of value (usually money) made to cheat others (a fake copy). First Degree Murder The WILLFUL, DELIBERATE, MALICIOUS and PREMEDITATED killing of a human being. All four of the things must be Present for 1st Degree Murder. Involuntary Manslaughter An Unintentional Killing resulting from Negligence , or as a result of dangerous behavior or conduct Voluntary Manslaughter An Intentional Killing after "Great Provocation" and in the "Heat of the Moment" Second Degree Murder The Unlawful killing of a human being with Malice but without premeditation and deliberation Malice evil intent on the part of a person who commits a wrongful act injurious to others.
